The Brazilwood Trio

The Brazilwood Trio, led by bassist Geoffrey Morrow, with Rob Aries on piano and Joey Bracchitta on drums and percussion,  presents it’s unique arrangements of classic and lesser known songs by Brazilian composers Antonio Carlos Jobim, Ivan Lins, Joao Bosco and others.  All seasoned musicians, steeped in American jazz, the trio has been working together for many years on absorbing the rhythms of Brazilian music and presenting this captivating repertoire.  From gentle bossa novas to energetic sambas, this melodic, grooving collection will elevate your mood. No cover charge but tables are reserved for diners and there is a two drink minimum at the bar.
