The Jared Pauley Quartet returns to the main dining room at Alvin and Friends on Saturday, November 16th. They will be playing selections from his recent Ropeadope release “On Capitol Street”. Roger Farbey from All About Jazz writes that the project, “bursts with a South American flavor facilitating an autonomic foot-tapping response from the listener,” and “Pauley holds his wholly appealing album together expertly utilizing a variety of instruments.” Joining him will be Duane Eubanks on trumpet, Cengiz Baysal on drums, and Jeremy Heuler on acoustic bass. No cover charge but tables are reserved for diners and there is a two-drink minimum at the bar.
