The Jared Pauley Quartet Trio returns to Alvin & Friends with Jared Pauley on keys, Adam Hutcheson on woodwinds, Jeremy Hueler on bass and Cengiz Baysal on drums. They'll be playing music from Jared's new album Galaxies (just released a few weeks ago). Jazz pianist Joe Douglas returns to Alvin & Friends. Douglas has played at popular NYC spots including Chez Josephine and Jezebel.

Composer, arranger, guitarist, and vocalist Michael LeMorin hails from the Republic of Haiti. Maestro LeMorin has concocted a recipe for Afro-Caribbean Jazz Fusion that blends Haitian troubadour music, reggae, samba, bossa nova, and other sweet and spicy tropical styles. Resident in New York since 1980, he has played with such artists as DJet–X, Sakad, and his own Freedom Sound. He currently directs the Michael LeMorin Trio.

The Victor LaGamma Quartet returns to Alvin & Friends on the first Friday each month performing a mix of original compositions and newly arranged standards from the American song book. With Victor LaGamma on piano, Dylan LaGamma on bass, Jon Doty on drums and Matt Garrison on sax.

On Saturday, May 3rd tenor saxophonist Joey Berkley returns to Alvin & Friends. Born in Toronto Canada, Joey Berkley moved to NYC in 1979 after graduating w/honors from the Music Program at Humber College. A jazz musician firmly rooted in the tradition of Coltrane, Miles, and Monk, Joey Berkley incorporated these influences to develop his own sound. Fan-favorite Leslie Pintchik Trio -- featurings pianist/composer Leslie Pintchik, bassist Scott Hardy and drummer Michael Sarin -- appears at Alvin & Friends on the second and fourth Saturday each month.
